1/2 cup Yellow Peach (stone removed and sliced)
1/2 cup Pineapple (Pealed and core removed)
1/2 cup Mango (pealed and diced)
1/2 Banana (pealed and sliced)
1 teaspoon White Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Greek Natural Yogurt (Optional)
1 Tablespoon Almond Flakes
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Please note: Where possible buy fresh but frozen is a great way to buy fruit out of season.
