I know Ive mentioned this before but I do love making bread. Recently I saw a picture of a loaf of bread made with beetroot it looked glorious I could almost smell how good it was. Today I decided to make three types of bread, yes using beetroot, corn flour and using buckwheat.
Here are the results! A feast for the eyes!

A. Make every bread recipe work for you by letting the dough rise by half not double before shaping, then by half not double before baking. You’ll get a fine loaf every time.
